Description
This newly renovated, fully equipped townhouse is comprised of two 2 bedroom apartments, which have been connected by an internal spiral staircase - making it an ideal holiday property for two families, a large group of friends or for a smaller group of 4 guests who prefer to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It sleeps 10-11 guests.
The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - superking or 2 single beds. Next to family bathroom
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - 2 single beds which can be pushed together or separated. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - king bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - 2 single beds, ensuite shower room
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Fans in lounges.
Heaters and electric blankets provided for winter months if required.
Sofa bed in each lounge (small doubles)
Single camp bed only suitable for a small child
Both kitchens are fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The spiral stairs can be closed off with an interconnecting door for privacy. There is also an outdoor staircase for separate access to the upstairs apartment (more suitable for luggage.)
Cots, highchairs and stairgates can be provided on request for a small fee.
Linen and towels are provided.
11 English TV channels including BBC1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Sports and a movie channel. Many Spanish channels. DVD players and WIFI in both apartments.
Downstairs - secure garden with patio table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers, bbq. Shaded area.
Upstairs - terrace with patio table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 sun chairs and bbq. Shaded area.

House rules
Dog owners must have their dogs on a lead at all times, both in the streets as well as in garden areas and, of course, they must remove their excrement.
In order not to disturb the neighbours, owners must ensure their dogs do not bark - day or at night.
It is not permitted to hang towels or washing on the trees or walls of terraces.
2.The rules for use of the swimming pool are on display at the pool.
