Situated on the ground floor of Villa Karana this studio makes a great accommodation for an individual or a couple. Fitted in high-end construction and design, this is vacationing in comfortable luxury, complete with all desired amenities and inclusions. Enjoy a private patio, steps away from the pool and 50ft from the beach.

Grace Bay restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores are only a 5-min drive away.

Cancellation Policy: We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. We suggest travel insurance for your trip. You can get information from RentalGuardian.

We will be delighted to welcome you here, give you a tour of our property, and ensure you are comfortable and feel at home. We also live here and are available if you require anything but we also like to give you as much privacy as needed. We have 2 friendly dogs Goji and Seven that live with us at the house. You won't see them much except sometimes at the beach or when we take walks. The entire duplex is yours, with access to the pool, hot tub, gym, exterior shower, hammocks, and tiki huts on the beach.
