Description

A lovely modern one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning in Vila Cabral 1 just opposite Cabral Beach and very close to the centre of Sal Rei a 5-10 minute walk max (600m).

The apartment has a little balcony with patio doors, a double sofa bed as well as the double bed in the main bedroom. It has a large bathroom, ample storage a small dining table, fridge/freezer and kitchen area with gas hob & cooker.

Vila Cabral 1 has a little cafe and shop within the complex and a gym. There is a freshwater unheated pool outside of Vila Cabral 2 next door. Included in the price of your holiday is the fee to use the pool during your stay. There is also a bar/restaurant called Elicibar around the pool area. You are also very close to the largest supermarket on the island.

We include towels and bed linen and for stays over 7 nights the apartment will have a change of linen. We can also arrange for you to be met from the airport by the friendly team who manage the apartment on our behalf who will also look after you during your stay and be on hand if you need anything.

Although we do not have a sea view we are just seconds from the lovely Cabral beach that is just across the road from the apartment. We are on the third floor which is good for security it not access and the block is manned by security 24 hours a day.

Although my rates state 250 Euros per week for a two week stay we only charge 450 Euros (200 Euros for the 2nd week) and can also offer a further discount if you don't require the linen change during the stay. We are also pleased to offer competitive deals for shorter or longer term lets, please enquire for prices.
