Description

New apartment tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped, air conditioning and heating. printer, Wi-Fi, sound system, TV cable, Netflix. Spacious balcony with plants and outdoor furniture. Very airy. There is also washer machine in the apartment. Just two blocks from the Rambla.

Building offers 24 hs security and 2 lifts

This apartment, situated in the best part of town called Pocitos and only 200 m from la Rambla, is not the typical rental apartment. It is our home for the part of the year we spend in Montevideo.

Everything is new in the flat, as is indeed the building, and is equipped with all necessary amenities to live confortable. Also you have washing machine in the appartment.

All items in the apartment are high quality

Important to note that there are no busses on this street. They are very noisy… however there are very good connection with all parts of the city as most of the buses go two blocks from the apartment, such as 116 which connects to the downtown area and the two shopping centers in the city.

You will be exceptionally well located with almost everything you need within two blocks and within four you get it all , cinema pub more restaurants etc.
