Seaside Quarters offers you the BEST location in North Surf City, 2 homes off the to the BAY and a super EZ 6 minute walk to the BEACH, GOURMET FOOD SHOPS, ECLECTIC GALLERIES, RESTAURANTS, MINI GOLF & MORE!.
And, with sleeping accommodations for 14, there’s plenty of room for everyone, so grab some friends, another family or bring the grandparents to Seaside Quarters!

We stock Seaside Quarters with plenty of fun stuff, including a well-equipped “foodies” kitchen, BBQ gas grill, sheets, towels, 10 BEACH BADGES, beach chairs, boogie boards, 4 fishing poles, several bikes, crab traps, 5 flat screen TVs, WIFI and a game room with Foosball and darts!
Our backyard is geared for FUN too, with a large LL Bean hammock, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounge chairs, a fire pit, firewood and an outside shower. So, you can RELAX and chill into the night!

THE HOUSE
Seaside Quarters is a classic 4-bedroom beach home, recently redesigned and updated with beautiful hardwood floors, a bright white interior, a powerful HVAC system, year-round sun porch, game room and more.
Our first-floor layout includes a living room with Queen sleeper sofa, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry area, as well as 2 Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and sun porch with an Amish made plank table for 12 and a game room, with Foosball and darts.
The second floor boasts a “kids” bedroom with double bunkbeds accommodating 4, a bath with shower and the Master bedroom with a King-sized bed. Additionally, the Master bedroom has a private sun room with a Trundle bed, for 2.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with the living room having a flat screen, an Xbox and seasonal wood burning fireplace.
And we have a nice outside shower with a dressing area, clothes lines and we’re also eco-friendly, too!
THE LOCATION
Seaside Quarters is located on the NARROWEST street in Surf City. We are also located in North Surf City, so we’re close to Yellow Fin restaurant, Okie’s Butcher Shop, Anchor Produce, a day spa and other great shops and eateries.
Plus, we’re 2 houses off the bay, so fishing, crabbing and picturesque sunsets are the routine.
We’re also about 16 homes from the beach, with lifeguards (in season) nearby and Surf City’s only fishing beach next door.
