Description

3 bedroom self catering holiday house is available for rent from May till October.

The accommodation offers all the comforts of home and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with modern furniture and facilities. Besides 3 bedrooms, the house has two bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and basin, one separated toilet, fully equipped kitchen leading to the big covered terrace with dinning table and sitting corner.

We are pet and children friendly house and the entire area. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and open spaces.

There is a parking place in the yard and private side terrace and rear garden at your disposal. A maximum of 6 persons can be accommodated.

All tourist taxes, WiFi internet (unlimited access), parking, electricity and other housing state expenses are included in the tariff and all linen and towels are supplied.

Getting around

walking / running distances in the village, by car, boat & public bus for all other destinations in the vicinity. ZHouse has its own parking space, while the bus station is only two minutes away from the house. The timetable of local buses for Zadar and Nin is available in the house, as well as online. A wide range of attractions and leisure time facilities are within easy reach, while the village center is only 5 minutes walk. The beach is even closer, a minute walk to the sand bay, or in opposite direction, to our private rocks at the Zadar Channel. We care about guest, organize excursion to National Parks, fishing trips and provide an intro into local cuisine.

If Lidija (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
