VILLA 5*****, 200 m2 avec piscine extérieure chauffée (25°) de 32 m2 , espace jacuzzi et sauna 25 m2, babyfoot, dans un jardin clos de haies brise vue de 1100 m2 avec chalets pour vélos et deux vélos à disposition des locataires, parking clos pour 2 à 3 véhicules fermé par un portail électrique, tennis de table, trampoline et balançoires pour enfants de 3 à 10 ans. LOUEE PAR SEMAINE ENTIERE DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI.
Maison familiale, à l'écart de la foule, à seulement 5 km de la mer dans un cadre idéal pour vos séjours d'été et escapades hors-saison sur l’île de Krk. En effet l'ile offre de nombreuses possibilités de balades à vélo ou à pied, de plus vous bénéficierez du jacuzzi et du sauna pour votre bien-être.
Villa moderne d'apparence rustique offrant une vue panoramique sur la plaine agricole et la garrigue environnante, vue mer à 5 km. Tout l'intérieur de la maison est carrelé. Climatisation ou chauffage par climatisation dans toute la maison, et poêle dans la salle de séjour. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un espace jacuzzi avec sauna et douche, une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaques vitro-céramique, four, deux réfrigérateurs avec congélateurs, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, cafetière), salle à manger et grand salon, disposant d'une télévision par satellite et d'un baby-foot. En outre, la maison dispose également d'un accès Internet sans fil, d'un vélo d'appartement, d'une machine à laver, de table et fauteuils sur terrasse, d'un barbecue, de chaises longues de jardin.
Au premier étage il y a quatre chambres, chacune a sa propre salle d'eau avec lavabo, douche et wc, l'une d'entre elles dispose de la télévision par satellite et un balcon 10 m2. Les lits sont faits et les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies.
