COMPLETELY RENOVATED with new floors, paint, smooth ceilings, remodeled bathrooms with custom cabinetry, new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, appliances, and all new furniture and bedding. This amazing villa has ocean views from every room!

Walking into the front foyer you see an open and inviting floor plan. You will find a well equipped kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. The fabulous living room has a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player as well as High Speed internet access. French doors separate the living area from the master suite which has a King bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, plus a huge spa-like walk in shower, double vanity with custom cabinets and a large balcony.

The huge guest suite features one Queen size bed, plus two twin beds, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The bath has been completely remodeled and has a beautiful tub/shower combination.

Villamare features a heated (3/15 - /30 & 10/15 - 11/30) Oceanfront Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. There is also an Indoor Heated Pool (the only complex in PD to offer this feature), Hot Tub and Complete Fitness Center (16 and older). There is also an updated grilling area (near the pool) with 4 new propane grills for your use.

Golf, tennis, bike paths, fishing, boating, and restaurants are all within a short stroll from this nicely appointed villa. Palmetto Dunes features three world class golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills. As a guest of this villa you also get two hours of tennis or a pickleball a day where the facilities are ranked as one of the best in the world! Another perk is the Dunes Buggy that operates from April - September that includes rides over to Shelter Cove where there are more restaurants, shopping, and activities to explore.
