This spacious country villa is for up to 4 people and is in the tranquil country village of Nazaret. There is a further small bedroom which has twin beds but is only suitable for children. Set in the heart of the island, the village is some 2km from the old capital of Teguise and the famous Sunday market..

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, beer, champagne, bread, ham, cheese etc. Towels and bed linen changed weekly. Full TV package on a 40" tv. Ipod docking station. free WI-FI

To save precious space in your suitcase, BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED for use during your stay. Well stocked, supermarket, Nazaret Sociedad and a great restaurant all within walking distance and several more bars, shops and restaurants a few minutes drive away.

The outside terrace has dining table and chairs as well as a pool table for your enjoyment. The totally private pool area is accessed by a lockable gate and is furnished with comfortable sun loungers. PLEASE NOTE - The pool is solar heated, not electrically heated and the depth is 1m - 1.5m.

We do not accept STAG/HEN PARTIES or ALL FEMALE/MALE GROUPS

“A gem of a place!”

We had a fantastic week at villa Ann! We were so impressed wih how well stocked the place was. It had everything we needed and more which was ideal for our first family holiday with a 1 year old! Kim and Brian were very attentive. They provided a cot, baby bath and even monitors for us and we were impressed there was toys there also with a bucket and spade which meant we didn't need to buy one for the beach! The welcome pack was also gratefully recieved sonce we arrive about 8pm, the guys were happy to have a cold beer! Especially my husband as he was our designated driver! A car is a must to get to the beach and other surrounding towns but there is a good stocked shop only a few minutes walk away. We connot recommend the place enough! Thank you Kim and Brian for a lovely holiday :-)

How do damage deposits work?

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
