Our newly finished, modernly furnished 4-Bedroom Farmhouse with exclusive Pool is located in the tranquil side streets of Xewkija. High quality living comfort combined with space for relaxation and vicinity to nature mark this cosy house of character.

A bus stop is 2 minute walk away. Frequent buses pass by and can take you anywhere on the island all day. Hiring a car will make the vacation a bit more comfortable as there is no need to stick to bus schedules. However it is not a necessity. Booking a taxi occasionally can be another option.

Response from the owner Thanks Alistair for your comments. As regards to the a/c, we readjusted the coin meter. The system is newly installed and for some reason beyond our control it was not properly set. In fact the previous guests told us about it and we had to check after your stay!!. Now the rates are adjusted and a standard rate is set! Thanks!

Response from the owner Thanks Rachel for your comments and suggestions. It took me a while to reply because first I wanted to check with the person who installed the coin meter and the a/c. I would like to apologise because for some reason the setting of the a/c coin meter (installed lately) was not properly set. The rate was much higher than it was supposed to be. Also, as you said, 3 a/c and 1 a/c charged the same rate. This was beyond our knowledge and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks to you the rate was adjusted. We can also offer you a refund for the money used for the a/c. As for the fly screens, we are waiting for them to be delivered and installed! Also, as you rightly suggested, we will add towels by the pool. Last but not least, I would like to clarify that the distance between the farmhouse and the centre of the village is that of 850 metres (3 minute drive). As you said a route how to arrive there was also provided.
