Description
The completely renovated and well-equipped flat for 2-3 people has a fantastic location directly by the sea. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera, the harbour, the beach and the neighbouring village of Palm Mar. Here you can relax, unwind and enjoy the midday sun until sunset.
The 14 km long beach promenade starts directly behind the house, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and shops. The beautiful old town and the main beach "Playa de la Vista" are only a few minutes away. Everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday is in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor (lift is of course available) and is furnished as follows:
The fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as sufficient dishes, glasses, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils) is integrated into the living room. The dining table offers space for four people. You can relax on the comfortable couch in the evening, but it can also be used as a sofa bed. A TV with international channels is also available.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
In the bathroom there is a shower with window, a washbasin with large mirror and vanity unit, and the toilet.
Bed linen, towels and a washing machine are provided.

“Excellent Modern Apartment”
We booked this apartment via holiday lettings for a week's stay, we were very happy with everything in the apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything you could really want! The views were amazing from the balcony. And the finish in the apartment was great. The only issue we had was somewhere to place rubbish. There were no Bins in the block of apartments so had to find a bin in the street to recycle our rubbish. And there was a sewer smell from the bathroom sink, which was not a fault of the apartment, but as a whole in the Los Cristianos area this is an issue that seems to be ongoing they were working on it. We would love to stay again and look forward to hopefully booking again in the future. The room has TV channels in every language you could think of and the broadband is super fast fibre 300mbps with amazing upload speeds for uploading videos. The communication from the owner was superb from start to finish. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Unfortunately there are no rubbish containers inside the complex because of the entrance. However, we will remember to inform all guests where they can find the rubbish in the future. The smell in the bathroom has also been eliminated in the meantime. We would be very happy to welcome you again in the apartment. “Lovely apartment with amazing sea view”
Apartment had everything you should need for a holiday. The sea view was really nice and you can sit on balcony & watch all the boating activity. Good restaurants & shops nearby. Plenty to do
