Chalet "La Serena" is a cozy house in a privileged area of herschaflichen landowners on the Chakra "La Serena" (2 hectares) right on the Laguna del Sauce (nature and bird reservoir) and near the Atlantic Ocean (2.5 km.) (between Punta del Este and Piriapolis each about 15 minutes by car or bus). The area is called "El Pejerrey" and is a clean and very safe place. The main street of Uruguay - Ruta Interbalnearia (IB Km 111) - about 1km from the house and connects the main resorts and beaches of the country. Bus service to Carrasco Airport (MVD) between Punta del Este, Piriapolis and Montevideo go almost around the clock. The airport of Punta del Este is 2 km away. Comfortable buses run between the airport Montevideo to Punta del Este twice an hour along the Ruta Interbalnearia (IB) Chalet "La Serena" is a cozy house with pool 3x5x 1.3 m, with 2 bedrooms (double bed, two twin beds, sleeper sofa in the living room with kitchen and possibility for extra bed including linen). It has 100 square meters of living space. Chalet "La Serena" is ideal for a family of 4 (max. 6 persons) in scenic nature to relax in complete privacy and yet all nearby attractions and infrastructure such as shops, restaurants, marinas, casino, golf course water park or the free Natural Park etc. easy to reach flora and fauna. The house is equipped with all necessary utensils (6 persons) for a carefree holiday stay Chalet "La Serena has 450sqm garden with 2 terraces: 50 square meters with built-in BBQ" Argentino "(charcoal) and 20 square meters with Jacuzzi for 2 persons, view of the Laguna and on the mountain of Pan de Azucar. It is totally fenced and has a separate entrance. we, the landlord, ie Maryna and Stefan are a nature-loving family, without wishing to forego the surrounding good infrastructure. After we almost the whole world have traveled, we found here is our paradise and are happy to share with other people who appreciate it. we speak espanol, German, magyarul y Russky we live year-round in the adjacent organic farm with many pets, run a gourmet Restaurante Petit " Colibri "(with swimming pool for restaurant guests) for parties and Evente as wine tasting (max. 12 persons reservation only) and are jederzei ready on site to help t. Near the house are several beaches with fine sand soon be reached (natural beach Ocean Park, the children beach of Portezuelo or Solana and the nudist beach of Chihuahua) and invite you to breathe for relaxing walks in the sand dunes to fresh air and the spectacular sunsets charms or to be in August, the whales in the Punta Ballena to admire. All around the most beautiful sights are within easy reach, a car is highly recommended.
