Die Verkehrsanbindung über Bus/Bahn kann genutzt werden und auch die Autobahnen A3, A52, A59 und A44 sind nicht weit, so dass Städte wie Duisburg, Essen, Köln und viele andere bequem erreicht werden können.

This private apartment for 1-4 guests is situated in a nice and calm area in Düsseldorf-Wittlaer. It consists of two individually designed double rooms plus kitchen, bathroom, floor in the souterrain, cable-TV, video, telephone, fax and the house is surrounded by a large garden. Parking places are available free of charge directly in front of the house. If so desired, we can order fresh bread in the morning for you.
The area close to the river Rhein invites you to go jogging, bicycle-riding and is ideal to relax. You will also find some nice restaurants nearby with traditional, international or fish food. For travelling you can use the connections via bus or tram, and the highways A3, A52, A59 und A44 are not too far away. Prices vary according to numer of guests and trade fair. There are special prices for longer stays.

“Kellerwohnung”
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, so wie beschrieben. Gestört hat mich, dass die Wohnung im Keller liegt und das Bad ohne direkten Abzug ist. Nachdem 3 Personen geduscht hatten, fühlte man die Feuchtigkeit ist in der ganzen Wohnung verteilt. Im 2. Zimmer stand das Doppelbett neben dem Essplatz.

Response from the owner Sehr geehrte Frau Zarth, Sie haben die Wohnung als Souterrain-Wohnung angemietet. Sie bietet gerade im Sommer eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Zimmer sind mit großflächigen Fenstern zu mehreren Seiten hell beleuchtet und auch das Bad hat ein Fenster als Abzug. Unsere Gäste freuen sich, dass beide Zimmer jeweils mit Betten, Tisch, Stühlen, Schrank und Fernsehen ausgestattet sind. Freundliche Grüße ... Nicole Feldbaum (Haus Sonnenacker)
