Description

This cute one bedroom is a fully contained but private apartment, adjacent to my home in a quiet safe neighborhood in SE Bend. It is easily accessible to Highway 97 and the Parkway, minutes to stores, pubs and 12-15 minutes drive to the Old Mill and downtown Bend. 45 Minutes to Mt Bachelor skiing!

The 600 Sq ft unit is spacious and comfortable, with your own private patio, patio table and BBQ grill.

If you have pets, they are welcome 50 lb limit unless by special arrangement . Pet fee ( $25 per weekend $50 for longer than 2 days or more than one dog. $100 month or longer). Limit to 2 dogs and will need to confirm breed and size.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
