Situated near Puerto Banus and Marbella, this spacious, open plan townhouse is in a secure, gated complex and is just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The house has been completely refurbished this year with the addition of air conditioning in all rooms. 4 double bedrooms plus sofa bed in lounge. 3.5 bathrooms all newly fitted - 2 en suite, 1 family bathroom and shower room on ground floor. Newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. Large living area with cable TV and wifi. Outside seating area with BBQ and sun loungers.. Patio overlooks large, communal pool set in sub-tropical gardens. A life guard is on duty during July and August. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance.
