Open plan 2 bedrooms townhouse with garden laid out on two levels. Capacity 7 Persons.

Comfortable townhouse 10 minutes walking to the beach (950 meters) with its miles of Golden sand and dunes and 500 meters from the Platja de Pals golf club.

The main attraction of this house are easy walking distances to many services

It consists of:

Entering the house and along the street there is a parking place. Separated by bushes that give privacy one of the terraces of the house with a small garden, early morning sun terrace.

On the ground floor there is a large dining room and a large living room separated by an open plan kitchen that is right in the middle.

From the dining room there is access to the front terrace.

The living room leads to the terrace and garden at the back of the house. This big terrace and spacious lawn are ideal for al fresco meals, barbecues in complete privacy. The enclosed rear garden also offers a large playground for kids and childcare in a relaxed manner.

On the ground floor there is also the comforts of a toilet.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. One of the bedrooms is versatile; it allows the use as a bedroom for 4 persons with a double sofa bed and a terrace.

The living room couch is also convertible in two persons bed.

The various terraces and garden allow each family member to find his favourite house space.

Walking distance to different water sports. Hiring of equipment or classes of windsurf, paddle surf, and kayak .

Bicycles rentals.

Walking distance there is a supermarket and bakery, only 700 meters.One of the attractions of the house is the possibility for long walks by the sea or the nearby woods.
