Enjoy the Poconos Fall Foliage & Trails! Cozy Getaway w/King Size Bed & Wifi.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. No pets allowed.
Become one with nature in this serene, rustic setting. This charming 800 sq. ft. ranch home is the perfect getaway, located on a wooded lot in a private community.
Our home comes furnished with brand new beds, 1 king size, 1 queen, and 1 twin murphy bed. One full bath with main entrance and can also enter from master bedroom; detachable shower head and cabinet with soft close drawers. Housekeeping services are not included, but we do provide bath/hand towels, washcloths and a running start of toilet paper along with some toiletry items for our guest to use.
Just bring the food! The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, griddle, kitchen island, some pantry items, and washer/dryer for your use. There is a propane heated fireplace in living room, (operable from Sept. - May), satellite TV in LV area only, built-in CD player, ceiling fans, skylight in living room, pillows, blankets & linens provided. Free WIFI and internet is NOW available! Be sure to bring your own fire stick or gaming which is compatible with the TV.
Outside: deck off kitchen, backyard with picnic table & grill. Deer wander onto the property daily, so get your cameras ready, they will pose for you, but please do not feed them.
Community Amenities: Enjoy the community outdoor swimming pool and hot tub in the summer months. Also enjoy a beach/lake area with pavilion, (bring your non-motor boat or flotation devices) for swimming, fishing, tubing, canoeing or kayaking. We also have for your enjoyment: tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, and children's playground available for our guests.
A maximum of 3 parking spaces is available. There is NO off street parking at anytime and vehicles are subject to fines.

“Great getaway!”
We had a great time. The house was very cute and very clean. Perfect for the 5 of us. We enjoyed camp fires every night and there was plenty of things to do close by. I would definitely recommend!
