Im Herzen der Eifel und des Deutsch-Belgischen Naturparks Hohes Venn liegt das malerische Burgstädtchen Blankenheim. Mit seinen 7 Ortsteilen erstreckt es sich auf einer Riesenfläche von 150 qkm.
Unsere Ferienwohnung "Das k leine Steinhaus" / "The little Stonehouse" liegt in der Nähe des Ortsteiles Nonnenbach und wurde im Juni 2011 fertigstellt. Hier im schönen Nonnenbachtal haben sie guten Anschluss an den Eifelsteig, Jacobspilgerweg und andere Wanderwege.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haupthaus eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes und hat einen schönen Blick auf Nonnenbach sowie den ruhigen mit Kies ausgelegtem Innenhof auf dem sich auch die Parkmöglichkeiten befinden.
Vom geräumigen Eingangsbereich gelangen sie in die sehr gut ausgestattete neue Wohnküche ( Miele Herd & Backofen mit Ceran Kochplatte, Miele Geschirrspüler und Liebherr Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Zudem befindet sich im Wohnbereich ein komfortables Ledersofa, Flatscreen mit SAT-TV, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett und das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. 1 Satz Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
Das Grundstück ist umzäumt. Eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm sowie Schaukel und Kletterstangen können mitbenutzt werden und auf Anfrage haben wir auch ein Kinderreisebett sowie einen Kinderstuhl. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet alle Kosten für Endreinigung und Elektrizität, so dass nur noch die Kaution von EUR 50 extra berechnet wird. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
