House rules

All garbage, trash, debris and other forms of refuse will be contained in trash bags and deposited by the Tenants in the shed in the parking lot right across from this unit. Recyclables are on the other side of the parking lot right behind.
Tenants and their guests shall not smoke inside or on the balconies of the building. Linens are not included.
No glass ware is to be brought to the pool

Great location between Wildwood and Cape May with an ocean view. Diamond Beach is an easy few steps away but the condo is quiet because it is directly adjacent to the Cape May wildlife preserve.

How do damage deposits work?
