Description

This fabulous ground floor apartment is located close to fantastic beach, bars and restaurants of the El Alamillo Plaza in Puerto de Mazarron, Murcia. The apartment is situated in a quiet location so if rest and relaxation is on your agenda then this is the holiday apartment for you!

This apartment has two luxurious bedrooms, a stunning lounge / diner, a family bathroom (which includes a larger than average shower) and a kitchen that comes equipped with everything that you need. All required bed linen and inside towels are provided for the duration of your stay, however you will need to provide your own beach and pool towels. The flat screen TV at the apartment is equipped with channels from many countries (including the UK). Air conditioning is provided in both the main bedroom and the lounge.

Wi-Fi internet access is available but, please note, that this attracts a small additional charge (paid locally).

Off road parking for 1 car is also available.

During your stay you have use of a fabulous communal swimming pool which is located less than a minute walk away.

It is easy walking distance to a whole host of fabulous beaches and the newly refurbished marina and promenade is also an easy stroll away. Even closer are the wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops of the El Alamillo plaza.

The Puerto de Mazarron area enjoys a warm year round climate and is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful coastline, the Sierra Espuña National Park, the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia or indulging in your hobbies if they include golf, scuba diving, horse riding, swimming, jet skiing, sailing, walking or simply sunbathing with a book.

Please note that on your day of arrival that admittance to the villa is not available after 8pm until 9am the following day.

The electricity at the apartment is provided on a metered basis. Upon arrival you will need to purchase credit from ourselves before the electricity at the apartment can be used.

Getting around

The apartment is located near to Puerto de Mazarron which is served by buses that run between Puerto de Mazarron and Cartagena. A good taxi service can be found in the area. Having said all of that your best way of seeing what this fabulous area has to offer is by having the use of a car.

How do damage deposits work?
