Description

The luxurious, brand new 6-pers. apartment was finished as of 1 May 2016 and is located in the lovely Reserva del Higueron, situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, an impressive and exclusive address. This is a well-established, secure community only approximatively 10 minutes driving time, or 25 minutes by train, from Málaga International Airport; the train runs regularly between Málaga and Fuengirola (20 minute service).

You are only 10 minutes walking away from the sandy beach of Carvajal and 5 minutes from the railway station. A shuttle bus free of charge brings you to the beach as well as to the different supermarkets.

Nearby you will find the ‘DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Resort & Spa Reserva del Higueron’ with an amazing rooftop bar with infinity pool and with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. Facilities such as the indoor pool, spa, sauna, fitness, tennis, paddle, etc. are available.

Reserva del Higueron is located in an area with various shopping possibilities (Carrefour, Aldi,etc.), pharmacy, kiosk, restaurants, Sports Club El Higueron.

This large, spacious, bright and luxury 3 double bedrooms apartment, situated in a quiet area, with access to the pool, is recommended for 2-6 people and has a cold/warm modern air conditioning .

The large living room with doors to the U-shaped partly covered terrace , causing a light and airy feel, enchants with a view to the sea and the marina Fuengirola. High-quality luxury design furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available in the entire apartment, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, a HI-FI CD player with Bluetooth, USB connection and DVD player let you no wishes open for a wonderful holiday to spend with us.

The property includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), the other two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a 2 person extendable sofa bed, and with two separate high-quality beds, all with relaxing and new mattresses. The rooms have direct access to the terrace at sunset. A cozy seat trim with sun umbrella for 8 pers., 2 chairs, a hammock allows you to relax in the shade or in the sun.

A new and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two coffee machines (Nespresso and Mucho Gusto), toaster, kettle, blender, refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, back oven, washing machine, etc. offers cutlery and crockery for 12 persons.

You do not need a rental car to spend your holiday in our apartment, however it is strongly recommended.

Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Cadiz, Torrox, Nerja are only 1-2 hours away and very suitable as day trips. Fuengirola, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Costa, Aqualand, Mijas and Málaga are all easily and cost-effectively reachable using the public transportation or a taxi.

“Wonderful Apartment”

Xandra was a great host, sending welcoming emails as well as detailed instructions and directions. The photos are very accurate. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very well appointed with lots of thought given to storage and making use of the space with some lovely touches too. The balcony area and furniture tops it off with a great sea view and overlooking the pool area too. We are a family of 5 (2 late teens and an 8 year old) and there was enough space to sleep and chill / spread out plus, we had family staying nearby and had plenty of room to entertain them too! The secure garage with 2 parking spaces is an added bonus with the grounds and communal areas are very well maintained. We liked it so much we booked for 2 weeks next summer whilst there! “Beautiful apartment with amazing seaviews”

This apartment was everything we expected and more! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The pool was nice and in June it was so quiet that our kids had it mostly to themselves. The Reserva del Higueron area where the apartment is situated is clean and secure. Car is needed, because the apartment is on a steep hill. However, there is a free shuttle service to the beach and train station. Xandra was a very helpful host and everything worked perfectly.

“Fantastic apartment”

The most beautiful apartment with all the amenities you can dream of. The apartment comes with two parkingspaces and sunloungers to use at the poolarea. There are three good restaurants in walking distance but a car is recomendable if you want to explore Costa del sol.
