Der Aufstieg zum „Zwölferhorn“ (2000 m) mit einem Blick über das gesamte Berg- und Seenplateau des Salzkammergutes, liegt 200 m von Ihrem Feriendomizil entfernt. Sie erreichen in 10 Minuten das Ortszentrum von St. Gilgen, besuchen dort das Mozarthaus oder den historischen Ortskern. Mit dem Schiff können Sie in kurzer Zeit in St. Wolfgang anlegen und sich im „Weissen Rössl“ verwöhnen lassen. Mit dem Auto (Autobus) sind Sie in 10 Minuten in Fuschl am See, in 20 Minuten in der Kaiserstadt Bad Ischl.. oder in 25 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Salzburg.
Der Mondsee, das historische Hallstadt am Hallstädter-See, das Taucher- und Segelparadies am Traunsee und am Attersee…. erreichen Sie in weniger als 40 Minuten….

Eine Waschmaschine, die Bügelmaschine und Wäschetrockenmaschine kann im Tiefgeschoss des Appartementhauses gegen geringe Gebühr benutzt werden. Sie können am Balkon des Appartements mit Blick 180 Grad Panoramablick entspannen.. oder gerne auch auf der ruhigen Wiese neben einem Bergbach Ihren Liegestuhl und die Frühstückszeitung auspacken.
Die „Zwölferhorn“ Gondelbahn befindet sich in Gehweite Ihres Feriendomizils. (10 Minuten)
Es besteht eine gute Busanbindung nach Fuschl, nach Salzburg (Sommer = Festspielzeit!) oder nach Bad Ischl (Operettenfestspiele).
Bad Ischl ist mit einer großen Thermenwelt (Salztherme) auch der ideale Ort für Kur- und Wellnessanwendungen.
Mit dem Schiff fahren Sie direkt von St. Gilgen nach St. Wolfgang oder Strobl am Wolfgangsee.
Es gibt es alle Nahversorger im Ortszentrum.

The apartment is situated in a particularly quiet spot. The climb up to the “Zwoelferhorn" (2000 m), with a view of the entire mountain and lake-plateau of the Salzkammergut lies 200m from your doorstep.
The town center of St. Gilgen is 10m from the flat on foot, here you can visit the Mozart House or the historical town center. St. Wolfgang is a short boat ride away, here you can enjoy an afternoon at the “Weisses Roessl" for example. Fuschl am See is 10m away by car or bus, while you can reach the ‘Imperial Town' of Bad Ischl in 20m. Salzburg town center is a 25m drive away. The Mondsee, the historic Hallstadt at the Hallstaedter Lake, the diving and sailing paradise Traunsee as well as the Attersee are all reachable in less than 40 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful countryside, the finest foods and breathtaking arts and culture and the traditional local hospitality.
The 72 sq/m holiday apartment (2 Bedrooms) includes a large living room with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine) a flat screen TV, and internet access. A washing machine, dryer and iron can be used in the basement of the building for a small price. Enjoy a 180 degree panoramic view from the apartment's lovely balcony. The “Zwoelferhorn" gondola cable lift is a 10m walk from the flat.
There are good bus connections to Fuschl, Salzburg (where the world famous ‘Festspiele' take place every summer) and Bad Ischl. Bad Ischl is known for its wonderful spas and is an ideal location for wellness holidays. You also have the possibility to reach St. Wolfgang and Strobl directly by boat from St. Gilgen.
An extensive network of hiking and cycling paths leads directly from the apartment to the lake or the mountains.
Further information to special outings, events or hiking routes can easily be accessed at the tourist information point, a 10m walk away from the flat. Feel free to contact us as well, we are happy to give you special insider-tips any time!
