Description
This villa has it all, first of all is the spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea and to Fuengirola port, in a quiet urbanization in Benalmadena.
Recently refurbished with own pool, and brand new terrace with spectacular sea views, luxury bedding and towels, free very fast Wi-Fi and English TV. Walking distance to the promenade and beach, restaurants and bars.
Will sleep 5 guests, one double and one twin bedroom, plus 1 person in a comfortable inflatable mattress, which could be placed in the huge lounge area (the third bedroom will be closed to access).
It has two bathrooms, large lounge dining room with massage chair, log burning fire for the winter, but light and airy for the summer. The kitchen is huge with a centre isle with gas and electric cooking facilities. Equipped with two fridges, one with water and ice dispensers, dish washer and all other appliances at hand.
Great outdoor space, outdoor dining and BBQ and comfortable sunbeds around the pool and shaded areas as well. Holidaying in Spain is mainly about being outside.
Air conditioning hot and cold is installed throughout including the kitchen.
Local attractions
For family holidays there is Tivoli World Amusement Park which is suitable for toddlers to teenagers, and is just 10 minutes away in the car.
Also Selwo Marina & Dolphin show too, together with the beautiful and extensive La Paloma Park, are ideal for the whole family.
There is a cable car near Tivoli World to take you into the mountains.
At the marina there is a huge selection of bars and restaurants, English-style or Spanish, even a Greek restaurant and of course, some excellent fish restaurants. Enjoy a real Spanish paella with a glass of wine!
You can take a boat trip around the marina, to Fuengirola or to Malaga. just to watch for dolphins or, for the more adventurous, some deep sea sport fishing.
Benalmadena Costa is an ideal location for a variety of entertainment. You can easily be able to visit historic sites such as La Alhambra in Granada also the beautiful town of Ronda as well as the very typical and attractive village of Mijas, or go to Gibraltar for the day. Coach trips are always available. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes away.
Local markets are always interesting to visit. Shops, restaurants, bars and sandy beaches are all within easy walking distance with sunshine guaranteed !

“Villa holiday”
Rented Villa in Benalmadena and greatly enjoyed our stay. Located in the peaceful outskirts yet just a stone's throw away from the beach and restaurants. Villa fully equipped with air conditioning state of the art kitchen and private pool.Owners available for any queries with immediate response. Highly recommended.
