Die Ferienwohnung hat 210 m² Wohnfläche und kann mit bis zu 12 Gästen gemietet werden. Wir wohnen noch im Haus.
Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine Sauna für Sie allein. Es stehen 5 Duschen, eine Badewanne und 5 Toiletten und ein Urinal zur Verfügung.
In 6 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich jeweils ein TV mit Sat-Anschluss. In einem Doppelzimmer gibt es ein Bad en Suite. Das Dreibettzimmer und zwei Doppelzimmer sind mit Duschbädern ausgestattet. Für zwei weitere Doppelzimmer gibt eine separate Dusche und eine separate Badewanne.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühl/Frost-Kombi, Kaffeemaschine, Ceranfeld usw.. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäschespinne stehen in einem gesonderten Raum..
Die Wohnung hat zwei Eingänge, einer davon ist barrierefrei. Im gesamten Innen- und Außenbereich können Sie auf freies W-LAN zugreifen.
Im urig gemütlichen Wohnzimmer genießen Sie bei flackerndem Kaminfeuer die Wohnlandschaft mit 8 Plätzen (Feuerholz gegen Spende). Für ein gemeinsames Essen und Beisammensitzen steht im Wohnzimmer ein großer Tisch mit 14 Plätzen. Zu Ihrer Unterhaltung stehen zwei Blue-Ray-Player und USB-CD-Radio zur Verfügung.
Draußen vor der Wohnung laden zwei Freisitze und zwei Pavillons zum Grillen ein. Der Holzkohlegrill ist überdacht. Auf dem hauseigenen Kinderspielplatz finden Sie eine Schaukel und Rutsche.
Bis zu 5 Parkplätze stehen im Hof zur Verfügung. Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind kostenlos im Ort.
Zusätzlich buchbar (auch vor Ort):
