Dieses freistehende Ferienhaus befindet sich abseits vom Verkehr, in ruhiger, sonniger Alleinlage und liegt im Ort Görcsönydoboka in Südungarn unweit der Donau, sowie direkt neben der katholischen Dorfkirche. Das Haus wurde 1940 erbaut und zuletzt im Jahre 2016 renoviert.
Das ca. 55 qm große Ferienhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa mit Schlaffunktion für zwei Personen (1,40m x 1,90m), zwei Sessel, einen Couchtisch, sowie einen Satelliten-TV. Die Küche ist mit einem Zwei Platten Herd, einem (Tief-)Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeema- schine, einem Toaster, einem Wasserkocher und einem Esstisch mit einer Sitzbank und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten (jeweils 0,90m Breite), die sich auch zusammenstellen lassen. Hier kann außerdem ein Zustellbett für eine fünfte Person aufgestellt werden. Zur Badezimmerausstattung gehört eine Badewanne, eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken, ein Föhn sowie ein Bidet. Separat gibt es die Toilette mit einem Waschbecken. Eine Heizung sowie kostenfreies WLAN befindet sich im gesamten Haus.
Im Innenhof befinden sich Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowie ein Holzkohlegrill. Lassen Sie Ihren Abend bei einem gemeinsamen Grillabend ausklingen. Der Garten ist komplett eingefriedet, sodass auch der mit angereiste Vierbeiner seinen Auslauf geniessen kann. Zwei kostenfreie und private Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft stehen für Ihren Pkw bereit.
Im Innenhof ist ein Rundpool aufgestellt ( 4570mm x 1220 mm), welcher von den Gästen genutzt werden kann.
Die Eigentümer der Unterkunft wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück und stehen daher bei Fragen oder Anregungen vor Ort bereit. Im Ort sowie in der Region wird deutsch gesprochen, deswegen kann es hier zu keinen Problemen bei der Sprachverständigung kommen.
Im Ort gibt es eine Metzgerei sowie einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Dienstags kommt der Landarzt zur Sprechstunde. In der Kleinstadt Mohacs, ca. 15 km entfernt, befindet sich Ald, Lidl, Penny und Tesco sowie Kik, Deichmann und vieles mehr. Ein Schwimmbad mit Thermalbad ist ebenfalls in Mohacs vorhanden. Die Hauptstadt Pecs ist ca. 50 km entfernt und gut über die Autobahn M60 zu erreichen. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist nur 10 km entfernt. In Pecs findet jeden Sonntag ein Wochenmarkt statt, wo alles zu kaufen gibt, was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Weinanbaugebiete rund um Villany oder Szekszard sind eine Reise wert. Außerdem können Sie in der Umgebung Aktivitäten wie Radfahren, Angeln und Wandern nachgehen.
