Auf umfriedetem Grundstück liegt der gemütliche, im Landhaus-Stil eingerichtete Bungalow ( ca148qm) ruhig, am Ende einer Sackgasse, dennoch zentral mitten im Alten Land! Sie werden sich hier wie zuhause fühlen!
Im Landhausstil eingerichtet, nachhaltig mit Erdreichwärmepumpe beheizt, sind Sie ganzjährig eingeladen bei uns zu entspannen und Ruhe, wenn Sie möchten im Kreise der Familie zu genießen.
3 DZ, eine sep. Küche und eingr. Esszimmer --- eine gr Stubemit Terrassen bzw Gartenzugang wartet auf Sie.
Egal,ob Sie durch die Obstplantagen, vorbei an typischen Fachwerkhäusern radeln / wandern möchten..... unser Haus und Garten ( ca 1400 qm ) bietet Ihnen Entspannung pur! Besuchen Sie uns, mit der Familie oder mit Freunden oder auch nur zu zweit!
Es ist zu jeder Jahreszeit einfach fantastisch hier! Im Winter, wenn es kalt genug ist, friert die Elbe zu. Schollen, die auch durch die Eisbrecher, die die Fahrrinnen der Fähren freischneiden, knarren und knacken mit der Strömung Richtung Nordsee. Etwas später sind es die Frostschutzberegnungsanlagen, die die Bäume mit Eis überziehen, damit die Blüten nicht einfrieren und den Obstbauern die Ernte sichern und vor allem uns das leckere Obst.
Im Frühjahr ist dann das ganze Land ein Blütenmeer, erst weiß , dann rosa! Blütenfeste im Alten Land 1. Mai- Wochenende und HafenGeburtstag in der nahen Traumstadt Hamburg (30km mit PKW) - oder mit der Fähre von Finkenwerder zu den Landungsbrücken! Shopping oder Kultur in den Hansestädten Stade, Buxtehude und Hamburg.
Von Mitte Juni bis Ende Juli etwa sind die Kirschen reif und von August bis in den November läuft die Apfelernte !
Radfahrer, Wanderer und auch Wassersportler haben im Alten Land alle erdenklichen Möglichkeiten! - Wunderschöne kl Strände , auch für Hunde!
2 Golfplätze, die auch ein Schnuppergolfen für Feriengäste anbieten, sind ganz in der Nähe!
Die Wintermonate sind beschaulich im WINTERWONDERLAND .
Dann ist Kultur angesagt: Musicals in Hamburg, Theater oder auch Shopping- da sind die Hansestädte Stade und Buxtehude auch sehr zu empfehlen!
100km sind die Nordsee und die Ostsee entfernt!
Aber wir haben auch bei uns Seeklima.
