This Historic Village home is tucked away on a dead end street, abutted by Town conservation land and walks to the beach and marina.

Features central air conditioning, laundry in kitchen, front bedroom and rear bedroom, separated by a closed room. Private swimming pool, garden shower, 55" HDTV, internet, spacious lawns and gardens, butterflies, birds. Millway Beach, Eco-tours, whale watch, fishing charters and boating.

US Route 6A hugs Cape Cod Bay and is lined with ancient stone walls, picket fences, ponds and pastures, galleries, gardens, hiking and beaches. Enjoy these and other postcard-perfect scenes during the spring and summer seasons.

Only registered guests on site.

A Couple can get away. Ask about couples discount September.

Getting around

Automobile is the desired method of transport, but taxi cabs are available. Barnstable Airport is only two miles away. The bus station is three miles away in Hyannis center. Option to Walk to the village restaurants. Walk back too.

Hello, as the owner I hope to meet you when you arrive. I will show you around the house. You will learn about lighting, AC, pool and other systems. I want to take the guessing out and get you informed and comfortable. You will have my cell number. I am happy to assist you to plan your days and will answer all of your questions. Beach chairs, towels and linens included. Herbs for cooking too.

The owner wants the names of any house quest before they arrive..
Any unknown overnight guest will cost the renter $100.00 per night.
Two cars maximum in the driveway. Rinse off in the outside shower before entering the pool, and returning from the beach.
Please Respect everything you see here..

“Great home, garden and location”

Located at the end of a quiet road. Pool and garden outstanding - surrounded on all sides by trees with plenty of bird life - Blue Jays the stars. Barnstable is an ideal location to explore all of Cape Cod. Close to Barnstable Harbour with it's Whale Watching boat - an exciting trip. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive, Rob the owner provides information on the best places to visit

“Great place to stay”

The home was clean and well maintained. The pool was a huge hit with my niece and the rest of the family. We were in a great location, close to a beach, some shops and restaurants.
