Casa Sole, is centrally located and yet very quiet, on the 1st floor of a side street of Avenida de las Playas.Bis the beautiful beach promenade, Avenida de las Playas and the sea, there are about 300 Meter.Neben a fantastic view of the volcanoes and a distant view to Fuerteventura from the upper roof terrace which offers apartment, about 80 m2, in typical Canarian style, everything for a relaxing holiday needs wird.2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in showers, large comfortable living area with satellite TV and separate, fully equipped kitchen and another large terrace in the lower area with barbecue. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Two terraces, down 40 m2 with barbecue and access to bedroom 1, above the roof terrace with 100 m2 and shower, invite you to sunbathe relax, or simply enjoy the view. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

Could not fault the apartment in any way, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy sofas in the living room. But best of all is the roof top sun bathing terrace, it's huge

“Lovely accommodation in PDC”

This accommodation was exactly as described. Location was great, close to strip, casino only 7/8 minutes walk. Large sun terrace on both floors was excellent for all day sun. Owner had thought of everything, nice touches with water, wine, candles. We had a problem with drainage in the bathroom. Toilet and shower water was overflowing. Owner/house keeper tried to say we were to blame as we were using too much toilet paper!! Don’t appreciate being held responsible for drainage and being told ‘it had never happened before’. It was ‘patched up’ but feel the issue hasn’t been fixed properly. Any future guests should check this is properly fixed before booking. It would not stop me staying again as long as I knew the drainage situation was fixed.

“Excellent Apartment in ideal location”

Well equipped apartment with fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful location only minutes from the beach and as well as being very close to the bars and restaurants on the Avenida. Very friendly host Conchi was there to meet us on arrival and kindly left a bottle of wine as a welcome with some chocolates. We have stayed in many areas of Puerto del Carmen but being at one end of the resort this was ideal. Only 5 mins walk to the lively area, but in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood.

“Excellent stay”

Really enjoyed the week in Conchi’s apartment. The apartment is large, really clean and only a short walk to the strip (less than 5 mins).. loved the roof top terrace and the terrace area where we could dine outside.. Conchi was really helpful leading to up the stay and it was nice to meet her on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for a stay in Puerto del Carmen.

“Sunshine apartment”

This apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Their is a small Spanish shop on the corner but the spar is only 5 minutes away as is the main strip with all pubs and restaurants,beach is 10 minutes away Excellent shower facilities, English tv, internet, comfy beds, great outdoor space for sunbathing upstairs ,or dining in the shade of the patio gazebo. The only thing that would improve this apartment would be aircon in the bedroom, their is a standalone fan but the bedroom was very hot at this time of year. Conchi was easy to contact, met us at the apartment to show us around. Thanks Conchi. All things considered this is a very good apartment.
