You will be just a short walk or bike ride away from The Shops at Sea Pines Center (500 feet), Harbour Town (1/2 mile), and the complimentary Sea Pines Beach Club (just over 1 mile). Guests of Calm Villa are welcome to swim in and play tennis on the Inland Harbour community pool and tennis courts. Guests enter Calm Villa by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this end unit villa. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The queen suite, twin bedroom and hallway bath are also located on the home's lower level. Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the home's master suite and loft. There is also a deck off of the dining area, private decks off of the two guest bedrooms and a full sized washing machine & dryer.
