1B Sea Lane is set up to be SO much fun for the entire family! Not only are you looking over the Robert Trent Jones Golf course and the 11 mile salt water lagoon you are within a quick walk to the beach in Palmetto Dunes Resort! Enjoy a wonderful vacation experience for you and your family. You can go salt water fishing (fishing poles provided) from the dock in the morning, beach it all day and then come back and paddle kayaks or canoes (rented separately) throughout the plantation! Also the garage is set up for ping pong, foosball, darts and many other lawn games and then there are comfortable chairs and hammocks under the deck just for relaxing as well!

This newly updated home is beautifully furnished in a light, bright and very festive yet classy beach cottage style. On the first floor there is a King bedroom, Queen room, and another room with 2 Queens. There is also the kids "bunk house" with 2 Twins one with a Trundle bed and 1 Bunk set with a Trundle Bed. EACH bedroom has its own ensuite full bath.

Upstairs enjoy a large open living area that includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area and 2 sitting areas. You can go out the sliding door to a large deck with a grill, dining table and comfortable chairs to take in the expansive lush views. Back inside there is also a media room as well, with a half bath nearby. Just down the hall there is a HUGE master suite with a pull out couch and a beautiful master bathroom with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower.

The home is in incredible remodeled condition! Come and Enjoy this wonderful family getaway!!! We want to make this a FUN vacation for everyone!

“Great location within a great Plantation”

We have used this home prior to the upgrades, very nice improvements! We had three couples there this time, more than enough room here for 5 couples.
