Description
The Location - Horizons Escape,' is set amoungst the tree and overlooks Horizons Golf Course. The superb par 72, 18 hole golf course designed by Graham Marsh and Ross Watson. Away from the crowds, yet just 10 minutes drive to all Port Stephens beaches and Nelson Bay's boutique shops, restaurants and marina, and just over 2kms to the Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.
About 'Horizons Escape' Villa - Villa 136 blends with the surrounding nature, offering a home away from home. With attention given to comfort and style, it is perfect for two couples, four singles or a family, for a relaxing short break, golfing getaway or family holiday.
The main living area offers golf course views and is open plan and air conditioned with a lounge, free wi-fi, Smart TV with Netflix and a sound bar. Plus a dining area and modern kitchen with breakfast bar, filtered water tap, cooktop, microwave/convection oven/griller, dishwasher and full fridge.
Two bedrooms, both with remote control ceiling fans, have king beds that can be split to make four king singles on request. The main bedroom has a second Smart TV. Accommodating up to five guests, a lounge sofa also folds out to a comfortable single bed. Off each bedroom you will find a private architecturally designed courtyard.
Two large bathrooms, each boasting a spa bath and shower, and heating and a washing machine in one. Plus access to an external share laundry with washer and dryer.
Relax in the shade of the trees, under the roofed pergola, with privacy screens, a stone outdoor setting and plenty of outdoor seating. Watch the sunset, listen to the birds, look out for our local kangaroos and kookaburras.
One off street car space plus visitor parking and access to the pool (the pool is open September to April).
Beds will be made up as one king bed and two king single beds unless otherwise requested. Linen packs and bed makes are provided at this property, as well as shampoo and body wash.
