Guest do not approach at any of the counter not management office due to we are privately operated. Guest do not make noise and cause nuisance to the neighbours. HOUSE RULES
- Strictly No Smoking allowed in the premises. Deposit FORFEITED if found cigarettes bud /ash/fume in the unit!!
- No friends are allowed to visit in the unit except at the lobby or at the public area
- No high volume of noise after 12 mid nite
- Drinking of alcohol is permitted but DO NOT get drunk! Drunken guest caused harm to others will be asked to leave the unit IMMEDIATELY with no refund of the balance!
- Guest who messed and caused horrible dirt will be charged with USD200 for cleaning.
- Guests are adviced to take off shoes inside the house :D
- Clean up the place like your home when you leave. Guest stays more than 7 days will be provided with a maid once a week at No charge! Bed Linings and towels will be changed once a week!
- Guests are adviced to wash all the dishes after used and to trash the kitchen waste every day to ensure no breed of flies and caused smell in the unit.
- Guest will be provided 1 spare bath towels, therefore guest is advisable to wash the towels in the unit. (We care for our global by using water sparingly!)
- Guests are adviced not to make noise in the elevators, hallways, lobby, etc...
- Access card and door key 1 unit* will be given upon your check-in
- Turn off all the switches eg air conditioning, heater, lights and Unplugged before you leave the your 'Home'.
* lost key/access card will be charged RM200 for replacement :-(

Note: Maximum of 7 person is allowed in the house. RM50 will be imposed for additional visitor.
Check in time from 3pm
Check out time is at 11am but can be extended up to 12pm depends on the availability.
2 pairs of keys and access cards will be provided ( to be return upon check out, lost of keys or card, RM100 will be charge as penalty fee)
Please send me message or call us ONE hour before you arrived, so we are able to greet you on time at the building.
Strictly no smoking. Extra cleaning fee RM200 if found smoking.
Kitchen, kitchen appliances and dishes need to be clean or pay RM50 for our cleaner to clean for you.
Rubbish should be in the dustbin or dispose into the refuse room, if rubbish found everywhere RM50 will be charged from security deposit too.

Turn off all power not in use or when leaving the home, our free electricity quota is 25 kWh a day, shall you exceed this quota we will charge at RM1.00 per kWh or RM30 per day from the first day until check out.
The WIFI name and password can be found at the study desk.
