Nicely furnished one bed apartment in fantastic location second line beach walking distance (100 m) to best beaches, front line hotels, chiringuitos, bustling benalmadena port and the fish restaurants of la Carihuela. Beach paseo all the way to Torremolinos centre. Lots of facilities nearby, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, markets. Large community pool and garden in popular, well maintainted urbanisation. Good transport links. 10 mins centre Torremolinos, 15 mins Malaga, 15 mins Fuengirola, 40 mins Marbella. (Would ideally suit 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults 1 child or 2 adults 2 children if they are small, there is one king size bed plus a fold up bed.)

“10 day break”
We stayed in this nice apt for 10 nts it was lovely , clean & tidy & every thing that you wanted there . Handy for bars & resturants , 5 mins walk to the marina , nice pool area & great views , would recommend & would stay here again , Isabel the cleaning lady was so helpful , as was Paula the owner , thank you both

Response from the owner In response to the review left by Carol, I would like to respond as follows … First and foremost, I would like to say that I have been renting this property for the last ten years (since my father died as was his retirement get away) and have never received one single complaint, only very happy returning clients hence booked up very quickly as a perfectly located holiday apartment. As I understand, there is a 24 hour window to flag up any problem to give the landlord the opportunity to address it, this never happened as client just left property taking keys with them (returned two days later). Property is managed by a very competent lady who is also the cleaner and person on call. However, with this being the first complaint EVER, I did not take this lightly and personally flew in to check the apartment’s condition. When I saw the apartment, from my point of view, the apartment was generally fine and in order with maybe a few minor things to be rectified. I spoke with the cleaner explaining the high expectations of cleanliness. As I was not present at the time, as a gesture of goodwill, I was prepared to either a) offer the client a free stay once everything had been rectified or b) offer a partial refund for the dates not used. I, however, decided against this after a) Trip Advisor said I was under no obligation to as they had stayed for two days and would upload a bad comment anyway; b) personal insults and threats received by text and email from this client did not do them any favours and finally c) the non smoking guideline was broken by smoking in the apartment, leaving dirty ashtrays full of cigarettes/cigars and ash everywhere and worse was finding cigarette butts down the sides of the leather sofas. For a non smoker, this is pretty disgusting. Regarding chipped cup or plate, of which I found one or two, there are 8 new of everything!! Plates, cups, cutlery, glasses!! Regarding black in the shower – this is not mould, it was discoloured plastic now filled in; regarding curtains off the hook, this was a minor issue but I decided to replace curtains and rails entirely; regarding cleanliness – it was up to standard when I arrived but as a precaution, the apartment is now being double checked before client arrival. Finally, I would like to personally guarantee that, if after 24 hours any concern has been raised and not been put right, a full refund will be given. This is a very comfortable, nicely furnished one bed apartment in a superb location, a stone’s throw from the beach that you will thoroughly enjoy as every previous client bar one has!!

Very convenient Appartment to beach restaurants music bars and shops. Ideal for walking along promenade adjacent to marina and 24 hr square but in a secure and relaxing community setting
