Description

This traditional house is located 2 minutes walk from Gion Shijo stn behind the Minami-za which is the famous Kabuki theater in Kyoto. It's located in the Gion district, the most exclusive, geisha district in all of Japan. Perfect for sightseeing!

This is a semi-detatched 2-floor house. You'll have the whole house to yourself! There are three rooms, one of which has traditional Japanese tatami woven-mat flooring. This is a great way to get a feel for a traditional Japanese house!b

1: When can I CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?

- Check-in is at 4PM or Anytime after. Late check-in is always available for late night arriving flights.

- Check-out is at 10AM or Anytime before.

Early check-in / Late check-out may be available if there is no previous guest or next guest. If you drop or keep your luggage at the apartment because of your flight or something, it will be possible, but we will be cleaning the room between 11am to 3pm.

2: When is this room AVAILABLE?

My calendar is basically ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE no matter what this website says. For your convenience, there is no need to ask me if it is available. One Night reservations may not be accepted. Last minute booking is available. (Please ask us.)

3: DO YOU CHARGE FOR CHILDREN?

-Please don't make noise after midnight. It would bother neighbors/other residents.
-Please do not party, speak loudly and play music in the apartment.
-Please turn off the lights and the air conditioner when you go out.
-Please do not use towels and bed linens in a closet. Those are for the upcoming guests.
-Smoking is prohibited in the whole building.(even on a balcony) Please go outside of this building to smoke. (Please note that we will have to charge you US$500.00 as the room cleaning fee
