Description

Wharton Building is the newest Condo of North Cambridge Condominium. It is located at Bareng Drive, Bakakeng with a close proximity to the top University SLU Bakakeng. The complex is located in a well built community, situated in a quiet cul de sac. The building is near a cafe , hotel, convenient shops, laundry and water station . It is accessible to public transportation and taxis alike. It is also close to all tourist spots, restaurants, and bus station.

The building is a medium rise with only 6 floors, of which the unit is located on the 5th floor with the best view as there is no building obstruction, and a good view of the mountain. There is a secure parking in the area as well.

Inside the unit, the place is fully furnished with complete cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates, glasses, cups and saucer. The unit is equipped with big flat screen tv, fridge, microwave , kettle, toaster, rice cooker, flat iron , king size bed.Bathroom has hot&cold shower with bidet.

It is about 10-15 mins drive to SM baguio and Burnham Park.

Rate is good for 2 adults. Child sleeping with parents is free of charge..Unit can accommodate up to 4 pax.. Extra pax will be charged , and will be provided with mattress..

Refundable Security deposit is charged upon check in to cover accidental damage and breakages this will be fully refunded upon inventory clearance, PHP 500 for stays up to 7 nights , PHP 1000 for up to 2 weeks....

House rules

Price is good for 2 pax. But unit can accommodate up to 4 pax, extra pax in excess of 2 is charged at PHP 300 / night. Extra mattress shall be provided for extra guest. Child up to 7 yo sleeping with parents is free of charge.
A security deposit of PHP500(max 7 nights) / PHP 1000 ( weekly up to 2 weeks) is required to be paid upon check in and will be refunded upon check out.
This is a self service condo, we would appreciate a timely disposal of garbage to avoid rodents and pests...
