House LOCATION: On the island RAB, outside the center, near the town (200m) in Tourist resort Klein Palit, At brother restaurant RIO with very good kitchen-50m from the house, post office, banks, near the sea, marines Port, Nature Park Komrcar, Sports Center, Tennis, Market, Fish Market, Supermarket, Water Sports, Beautiful Beaches Bays and also naturist

In the spacious and fenced garden (2000 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants there is a children's playground with swings and a large and inviting terrace with garden furniture, umbrellas, deck chairs, seating both in the sun and in the shade.

and one with an extra bed and one with an additional sofa bed. All
three bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a
balcony access. In the fully equipped kitchen with a stove,
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and toaster.
The living room has a dining table where you can dine, as well as a
satellite TV or digital TV, with which you can also receive German
channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and in the
garden. There is also a washing machine and air conditioning.
The apartment also includes two long balconies with garden furniture.
