If you are looking for stylish accommodations in safe and quiet surroundings, look no further!

Our beautiful estate is located near two national parks ( Plitvica lakes and Northern Natinal Park Velebit). Adriatic coast 40min drive, beach Senj. The house has no direct neigbour it is situated at the small village of Sinac, 300m walk distance to the river Gacka and 500m to the Mayer source.

Large house with apartment size 65qm.

House has 1 bedroom with kingsize bed.

1 bed can be set up at the bedroom for one more person. Large living room with 2 sofa bed. Kitchen with the electric oven and fridge. Large bathroom with the shower and toilet.

There is one extra toilet without shower. Outside at the marquees house large kitchen and place to sit, cook and eat and enjoy the time. We have a mini gym for people who love to work out free to use. Large marquees house is free which means you dont only get appartment to use, you have marquee house with outdoor kitchen. Fully equipped and can be shared with us if we are there. We also have for children badminton set, all sorts of balls ( baketball, football, volleyball ) 4 sport bicycle to rent and also 1 fishing tackl. River Gacka is well known for its trouts. Some might want to go fishing at the river.

New pool which can be set up and best for children over age of 6 to use. water intake of 12m³.

We like to meet our guests and make them feel comfortable at our property when we there. If not there is always someone to let you in!

I can help anyone who want to Know more about the region and of course if you want to eat local food, veggis, fruits, fisch, caw milk etc. We are not always there. Some days we are away but only in the sommer. Spring and autum we are not home. Our First gust from tripadvisor were staying at the house one week as we wasnt home. They came with 2 dogs and they didnt show much respect. House is new and we want to keep it that way so we are not allowing pets to stay at our property anymore. If you still want to bring a pet please contact me with in a privat message before so more information! Thank you,

House rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house/appartment. Outdoor is allowed to smoke. We used to welcome dogs but after our First guest who stayed in our new appartment with two dogs we are not allowing anymore. Dogs hair was everywhere. I am sorry but I want to keep my house perfect clean for the familys who respect furnitures and have children.
