Description

The apartment is a "High Standing'' in a resort style complex and close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping and night-life. This stylish apartment is air-conditioned, fully furnished with a mixture of traditional and contemporary style and equipped with a Flat Screen TV (42”), Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Kitchen & Utensils as well as Shampoo, Detergent and Body Wash. If you have any further requests, please make sure to ask in advance.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and comprises of:

•A main and massive living room capable of sitting more than 13 people comfortably;

•Two (2) Bedrooms;

• Fully equipped Kitchen with a small dining room;

• A fully covered balcony (all season) that compromises a lounge area and the main dining room with a view to the beach;

• Two (2) Bathrooms.

The secure undercover car parking has 24/7 access via remote control. The building is very safe with 24 hours security guards and patrols as well as a building manager on site. The swimming pool is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. The building grounds are beautiful and well maintained with plenty of greenery and bench sits.

Mohammedia is a charming and safe beach city, and referred to as the “City of Flowers”. It is located half way between two major cities: 30 km to Casablanca and 70 km to Rabat which both can be accessed easily by train, bus or car. The City has a good combination of modern & old and hosts some of the best seafood restaurants and nightlife in Morocco. The city is known for its big Europeans contingent and visitors.
