Description
Thank you for considering our villa for your next holiday! The villa has been refurbished to a very high standard, and we strive to provide a true home from home experience. We stay in the villa regularly and this is our second home, hence the high standard.
The villa is bright, spacious and modern and has an open plan living/dining room with access out to the private garden. The cozy sofa and chairs are perfect for those nights chilling in front of the TV.
Fibre broadband was recently installed, perfect for those working from home, or when everyone is online! We have a 49 inch smart tv with access to English and international TV programmes.
The separate kitchen is modern and spacious, featuring oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are ample cabinets and we have included everything we can think of - check out the pizza cutter in the shape of a moped and the toastie maker (our sons request)!!!
All bedrooms have comfy beds and fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms downstairs.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is a twin with single beds, a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and a bedside cabinet. This room faces the front of the property. The other bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. This room faces the rear of the property and overlooks the pool. We recently upgraded the ground floor shower room to include a large walk in shower. The ground floor is fully tiled.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. This room looks out to the side of the property. A further luxury bathroom can be found on this level with a large walk in shower cubicle. The first floor has fully laminated flooring.
The garden is very private and ideal for soaking up the sun. The villa has a private swimming pool. The garden features artificial grass, mosaic nonslip tiles around the pool, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining table and chairs and a brick built BBQ. The utility room with washing machine is accessed via the garden area. All windows have shutters, not only for peace of mind but to keep the house cool.
We have rented a number of substandard villas over the years and finally decided to buy our own. We aim to ensure that when you stay at our villa, you have a truly wonderful experience. We will keep adding new items and photos so please keep looking back.
We employ a property manager who lives nearby and will deal with any issues that may arise - when you stay with us, you will have peace of mind!
A bus stop, supermarket, pizza takeaway, bar/cafe and taxi rank are within easy walking distance (2 minutes). The villa is in a quiet residential area and very family friendly - the perfect base to explore the island of Fuerteventura.
The main town of Corralejo and the many fabulous beaches are 10 minutes away by bus/taxi/car. We would recommend hiring a car to explore the many beaches and old towns around the island but the bus and taxis will get you around so a car is not essential. We have a number of leaflets and suggestions for places to see within the villa. We are also happy to give you a list of must go to bars and restaurants!
We have been visiting the island for 20+ years and finally decided to buy a property here. We stay at the villa with our children regularly - so can give you lots of advice!
We hope that you fall in love with the island (and our villa) as much as we have. Fuerteventura is a very special place, and we always feel relaxed as soon as we arrive. It is also a very easy island to drive around in, if you have never driven abroad!

“Excellent Villa!”
Wow! What a fantastic place! Spacious, clean, comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing day. We spent a week here and it was just the best week …. The weather was very kind to us. The owners’ description is exactly what you will experience. Lovely, quiet location - just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop into Corralejo. We would definitely love to book a stay here again - could not fault it and the communication with the owners was completely helpful and straightforward.

“Christmas 2019”
The villa was lovely. The owners had thought of everything to make this villa a home from home. The play station, UK Film channels and live TV were a godsend for the older kids. The villa is spacious, modern and is located in a quiet residential area. I would definitely recommend a car although taxi's into Corralejo were only around 5 or 6 euro's through the daytime. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away. The villa has a small pool which is not big enough for swimming in but the kids enjoyed playing in it. The only downside to staying in the villa was that the rear garden did not have much sun throughout the day. The sun only stayed on a small part of the pool area from mid morning to around 2pm and the rest of the day the rear garden was shaded and felt cold. Maybe this is because the winter sun doesn't rise as high? The villa does have a 2nd floor and the sun just couldn't creep over and above the building to shine down on the rear garden. All in all we had a lovely stay and the owners were excellent both before and after our stay. Corralejo has some of the best beaches and coastline we have seen and the sand dunes were amazing. “Fantastic”
What a beautiful and stunning villa. Absolutely spotless. This home from home has everything you could think of available. This was our second holiday at this villa and we will deffo be back. A two min walk to catch the 5/10 min journey into Coralejo. The owners have refubished the downstairs bathroom since our last visit last year and it is truly amazing. Our kids loved it so much that they didn’t want to go home! The heated outdoor pool was a favourite of our kids, while I loved chilling out on the very comfortable sunloungers reading one of the many books available in one of the cupboards. Coralejo itself is a lovely town, plenty to see and do. Would recommend hiring a car to drive to many of the beautiful beaches on the island. A must see is the fantastic saxophonist at Sunset Beach, truly a must see. We can’t wait to return next year.

“Lovely villa!!”
Loved the villa. Clean, everything you need to hand. Would definitely recommend a car. The kids loved the droid box. We found the internet wasn’t the best but we just downloaded lots of things whilst out and they were ready when we got back :) happy kids, happy Mum and dad. The seven pints pub in the main town of Corralejo was great. The food was nice and the staff were outstanding. Go check it out.
