Description

Its a very affordable yet first class condo right across SM Megamall, and a 5min walk to Shangri-la Hotel. This is the part of Ortigas Center you wanna be in. There are endless shopping and dining options. Cinemas, an IMAX, ice skating rink, bowling alley, bookstores are all within walking distance. The unit comes with ref, stove, pots & pans, utensils, plates and glasses, Cable TV, LTE Mobile wifi, coffeemaker with UCC Coffee, kettle with selection of teas, steam iron, hairdryer, hot shower.

Also essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, razor, and fresh linen and fresh towels.

The whole flat gets natural sunlight throughout the day and the cool breeze from the open space outside provides wonderful views of Pasig City and the valley and mountains of Marikina City both from the living room and the bedroom. The whole place feels open and airy.

A separate bedroom provides privacy from the rest of the flat. The loving room with the ultra comfy chaise lounge is perfect for lounging around, chatting, or getting some work done.

For a very reasonable price , you get to stay at a 5star hotel suite style place with all the amenities and luxuries you deserve. It is ideal for two persons. I can provide a futon for an extra person at no extra cost.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with 4 large pillows, 32" LED TV, wardrobe where you can find all the extra towels, linens, slippers, sewing kit, hair dryer and steam iron. There is also a work table and work lamp. I provide a universal adaptor extension cord for international travellers.

The whole place is sparkling clean, rest assured it is cleaned and disinfected after every guest. It is in a well maintained, ultra secure, posh condo building with a doorman and 24hr security.

If you stay more than 4nights, a visit from my housekeeper will make the place sparkling clean, change the towels and linens, empty the trash and restock the ref and snacks for free.

Parking during the day is available at SM Megamall for P 50 or at Pearl Drive about 5mins walk at P 40/3 hours and 10 pesos every succeeding hour. For overnight parking, along Pearl Drive at P70.

Public transport at Shangri-la station of MRT, jeepneys available at Shaw Blvd and SM Megamall. Taxis and Uber are easily available.
