Description
Sinan HAN Motel is located above the center of the Old town Mostar , away some 100m of the worlds famous Old bridge , in the first zone witch is protected by UNESCO .
Sinan HAN Motel is designed in 80s of the last century in memory of the family whose house was based on foundations of Sinan HAN Motel. The oldest son , whose name is Sinan , imagined HAN as lodging for the night and restaurant in witch is serving only healthy food , home made and halal food and drinks. In the HAN is prohibited consuming carbonated drinks , alcohol drinks , its also forbidden cigarette smoking because nicotine is one of most widespread drug nowadays .
To the beggining of the war in 1991., HAN was roughly completed , but due to war situation in the whole country , he became a refuge many families who are expelled from there homes . Many of them were living in celler of HAN for the whole four years , while the upper floors were using the soldiers of Army BiH . During the entire shelling , not a single shell fell on a building .
After the war HAN waited for a long time to its renewal , and it was a monument of war many passersby. Twenty years later,the restruction beginns and Sinan, as a 86 year old, experiences the achivement of his biggest dream .
