Description

Small, elegant villa by the sea, 50m from the beaches and sea promenade.The house has a large terrace, two entrances and is surrounded by a private garden. The house is rented as one unit and is very popular with families or friends that want to spend holidays together, in the privacy of their "own" summer residence. Three bedrooms can accomodate 5 persons: two bedrooms with double bed and one small bedrooms with single bed. The house was renovated in 2016 - the interior is modern with spots, parquet in the bedrooms, ceramic tiles for the rest. All the rooms have new isolating windows. The villa has a large dinning room, with a dinning table for 8, a kitchenette, a bathroom, including toilet and a separate toilet. An assortment of pots, pans, bowls and cookware, breakfast-ware, beverage glasses, microwave oven, cofee machine, fridge are provided. Rattan chairs can be taken out on the terrace to enjoy the evening breeze. You will find a grill space in the garden. A flatscreen cable TV with 40 channels and a WiFi connection is also offered. Bedsheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc are all provided and are included in the rental price. All utilities are also included.

Getting around

The villa is located near the waterfront road of Eforie Nord, on a street with old chestnut trees and small villas. Everything is easily accessible on foot. You can go to the beach only a towel and swimsuit, as it is only a short distance until you reach the beach "Debarcader". A few minutes walk to the north to reach the beach Acapulco, which is very wide. There is also the restaurant Acapulco is with beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy eating with sea view. walk a few minutes towards the south, you pass the Belona beach and port, where the aqua park.
