Icon Vallarta is a new premier resort beachfront condominium. This luxurious destination feels like a private resort featuring a private beach, poolside and beachside service, restaurant, concierge, spa, business center and valet parking.

Enjoy the brand new and beautifully furnished modern accommodations in this two bedroom + den, 3 bath residence. The unit features 2 decks (1 with an ocean view, the other overlooking the mountains) as well as a private elevator. Pamper yourself and be one of the first to enjoy this comfortable and modern masterpiece designed by YOO by Stark.

DINING ROOM:

The dining room features a table that can seat 6 adults comfortably with a stunning ocean view.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room includes a comfortable sectional/chaise sleeper. This beautiful and relaxing setting will allow your family and guests to gather and watch television on the 50" LCD flat panel Hi-Def 1080p television or enjoy the ocean view. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. Cable TV is also available throughout the condo.

BEDROOM & BATHROOMS:

The master bedroom features a King size bed with side table, lamps and ceiling fan with lights. This gorgeous bedroom also features a 42” wall-mounted LCD flat panel Hi-Def 1080p television. The 2nd bedroom features another King size bed with a side table, and a wall-mounted 42" LCD flat panel Hi-Def 1080p television. The den features a comfortable Futon (convertable to full bed), and the living room has a large leather sectional with chaise able to sleep two. All beds are outfitted with high quality linens. Both bedrooms also enable you to relax and enjoy the mountain views by stepping out onto your deck.

The master bath features a full-size combination shower & tub. Spa-like decor and a huge double vanity makes this a luxurious grooming and dressing area. The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bathrooms both feature spa-like decor, a full glass shower and single vanity.

DECKS:

The living room and dining room feature a full wall of windows and large sliding doors out to the deck with a stunning pool and ocean view. Each of the 2 bedrooms has access to the second deck with views of the mountains and surrounding Puerto Vallarta.

Loved the Icon Vallarta, the service was great and the apartment that I rented out was clean and in excellent conditions. It has beautiful views and right next to the ocean.
