The property overlooks the two communal swimming pools, with terraces on both the front and back of the house, both of which accomodate seating/dining areas respectively. As well as a balcony which is accessed via the master bedroom.

In addition, there's a roof terrace with a private Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you can relax in peace, overlooking the Los Cristianos town.

Located near the heart of Los Cristianos, this property offers luxury and commodity rarely found in Los Cristianos, with its huge layout, swimming pool and private Jacuzzi, you will feel more than revitalized.

We don't recommend you rent a car as you are very well located with everything at hand (restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, promenades, shopping centers, and much more) You always have the option of renting a car to explore the island, you have parking which usually is not an issue outside the complex.
