Unserer Haus am Wald verfügt über 1 Appartement-Fewo2, welches sich im Dachgeschoß des Nebengebäudes befindet.
Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang am Nordost Giebel des Gebäudes und ist über eine Außentreppe zugänglich.
Die angegebenen Preise gelten für das Appartement-Fewo2 und einer Standardbelegung mit 2 Personen ohne Kurtaxe. Aufbettungen auf der Schlafcouch (LF:116x186 cm) sind für max. 2 Kinder bis 12 Jahre auf Anfrage möglich. Je zusätzliches Kind/Aufbettung erheben wir eine Gebühr von 5,00 €/Nacht, die vor Ort zusammen mit der Kurtaxe zu entrichten ist. Buchungen der Fewo-Kombi, Einzelzimmer, sowie Komplettbuchungen aller verfügbarer Zimmer plus Apartment-Fewo2 sind möglich, dazu können Sie uns einfach kontaktieren und wir schicken Ihnen gern unser Angebot zu.
Abstellstellmöglichkeit für Räder und Kfz sind am Objekt gegeben.
Alle Unterkünfte gehören zur rauch- und tierfreien Zone.
Lage der Unterkunft: Zwischen Ostsee und Boddengewässer, unmittelbar am Waldrand in einer kaum befahrenen Straße von Zingst gelegen, befindet sich unser im Jahr 2000 errichtetes Haus.
In 15 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum in Zingst und die Seebrücke sowie den Strand.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Fahrradverleih und Gaststätten finden Sie in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Rad-/Wandertouren können Sie, fernab vom Verkehr, direkt vom Haus aus starten.

“Wohnung ok”
Zingst ist KEINE Reise wert. Sehr enge Bebauung. Gastronomie sehr schlecht, speziell der Grieche in Richtung Hafen. Finden nur noch abzocke an der Ostsee. Keinen Erholungsfaktor.
