Our cool and comfortable 1BR unit is fully furnished - with 1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed, home theater set, kitchen utensils and appliance, ready to give you a very satisfying stay with the chance to access the amenities of one of the country's prime resort - Pico De Loro Beach & Country Club.

The unit has bigger space than regular units in Pico De Loro Condominium. Too spacious for 2 persons, just enough for 6people.

The unit is fully furnished - with 43" SMART TV + home theater setup, microwave oven, electric airpot, induction cooker, rice cooker, ref, hot and cold shower, towels, living/dining set, and king size bed...

Needs to be transparent in advertising. Making a mandatory 1K peso card purchase in not justifiable. Forcing to purchase the card and yet can’t use it but one gift shop , that’s ridiculous… More

How do damage deposits work?
