( only apartment/door on 3rd floor)
Centrally located, and easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, largest shopping malls, as well as a fun nightlife. You will love all the activities that can be enjoyed either right at the complex or within walking distance to center of Estepona, Laguna Beach for Night Life and beach activities, or within a short drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Public transportation (bus stop) is within walking distance and can take you non-stop to Marbella, Malaga etc..
In New Year, after sunbathing on the roof terrace of the Penthouse you can drive to Sierra Nevada mountain, which is the famous Spanish ski resort. (2 and a half hours drive from Penthouse)

The fireplace is for decoration only and it’s not operational during this time of the year.
No children allowed in upper terraces without constant adult supervision.
Pool inside apartment. Please do no let the cascade runs for more than 15 minutes, as the motor's housing can crack and leaks might be possible.
You are responsible if cascade motor burns or cracks due to negligence.
