The flat is on the first floor of a nice and very quite building. Facing on a small street, with the view of Danube on the right side, and the liberty bridge. It's 56 square meters, 2 rooms, with the kitchen and the entrance,1 king size bed and 1 king size sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with the shower.No noise at all cause the flat is facing on the corner of a small street, and there are double windows.

1. ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?

Bed linen and towels are provided in our apartment at no extra charge, but they will not be changed or cleaned during your stay. We always suggest to bring one more, personal towel, also useful for the SPA.

2. ARE THE PRICES PER PERSON OR PER APARTMENT?

Prices shown are per apartment per night.

3. ARE THERE ANY TAXES?

No. All taxes are already included in the price.

4. HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO MAKE THE BOOKING?

The payment is normally 1 day deposit by Paypal or bank account. Bookings by websites and agencies provide their own rules.

5. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY?

The remaining of the balance is payable on arrival in cash.

6. WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT I HAVE TO PAY ON ARRIVAL?

No deposit is due!

7. IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING?

There is no extra charge for cleaning. The apartment will be clean before your arrival. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment, but you can ask our cleaning service also (20 euro charged)!

8. WHERE WILL WE GET THE KEYS?

The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will met there at a time specified by you!

9. WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE / DEPART?

Arrivals should normally be after 14.00, and departures should be before 11.00am. If the flat is available before, no problems! If not, we have an hotel lobby, where to leave the luggage or wait.

Normally provisions can be made to look after luggage during the hours between, (you will have an hotel 4 stars at your disposal!) but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. No fee due for early or late arrivals!

10. WHO WILL MEET US AT THE APARTMENT?

We (the owners) or our representative will meet you at the apartment.

11. ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR GAS, ELECTRICITY OR WATER ETC?

There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc.

12. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

We require a minimum stay of three nights normally.

13. HOW WILL WE MEET AT BUDAPEST?

There are some possible ways:

- You give us your flight number and arrival time, and a mobile number in case or troubles or delays and our taxi will wait you the airport (with a plate on which your name is written,25 Euro for 1-4 people and take you to the apartment where we welcome you.This is a service outsourced, and it's the cheapest way. NEW METRO 4 at 50mt.from home!

- You give us a time period when you arrive to the apartment, and we will wait you there at that time.

“Nice apartment close to the Danube”

Nice apartment close to the Danube. Comfortable and clean apartment. Only down side is that it's close to a road so a bit noisy during the day even tough I was glad to be at this place.

Not bad, but no toaster. We had to heat the bread up on a frying pan. Perhaps not the best method. Otherwise, it was quiet. Apart from the tram running all day.

Response from the owner So sorry to hear that, but I don't think this costs 3 star over 5. It's my first time i hear you can hear the tram which is not passing in the street, but in a closer street, and tram is finishing at 23.00 anyway. The toaster is in the flat, perhaps you didn't search, and didn't ask me neither as I told you at the check in. Sorry I disagree with the evaluation of the flat. Probably the other customer were thinking about the flat when evaluating.

Response from the owner Dear Valued Guest, Thanks a lot for your kind and detailed feedback. It is very much appreciated. However, I disagree: the apartment was made for longer stay than a simple empty holiday flat. There are all the possible amenities, specially to cook, seen I am Italian. I don't think you can find in Budapest a flat which includes even the soap and softener for washing machine. So sorry if you have found the oven dirty.I can't check the cleaning lady job all the time in details. Normally people in holiday do not use it. I never got such rate, for my flat, even for longer stay, as you can see from other reviews. But reviews are a good way to improve the service and the offer of an owner who cares about customers, and about his own flat.

“Charming, spacious studio/apartment in tourist area”

We arrived in Budapest in very, very hot weather. Peppe, the owner, met us at the apartment. He is very congenial and gave us a lot of info regarding restaurants and events. He was always available via email. The building is located on the Danube. It is old and charming, although in need of some cosmetic help.The apartment itself is bright and spacious. Very well equipped. We had two problems. One was that the air conditioning was not available. The city was giving Peppe grief because the building is heritage. They made him take down his AC. (Although we noticed that two or three other apartments have the same system as his!) Peppe is confident he will get his air conditioning problems fixed. Our other problem was with finding the proper door to enter the building. It is located on the side street and not the front, facing the river. Peppe should get help in making the directions clear in the English language. Enjoy!

"Unesco Heritage building" means also some rules which I have to respect. About the position, it is written on the advertising: "No noise at all cause the flat is facing on the corner of a small street, and there are double windows". You can see the river, and Gellert SPA, and the liberty bridge from the windows.Or just go out from the building and enjoy the wonderful view of Budapest downtown. My English will be always worse, by comparison with Yours, but I am improving slowly slowly. :-) Thanks and Regards
