Au Sud de la Martinique, à 3 km des plus belles plages de l Île, Jolie Villa d'architecte, de style créole.
Vue panoramique sur la Mer et les Mornes.
200 m², 3 chambres et mezzanine, terrasse, piscine privée.
Très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Pouvant accueillir jusqu’ à 6 adultes maximum.
Villa d’architecte en bois et soubassement béton, de style créole, vue magique sur les Mornes et la Baie du Marin, décorée avec goût, avec des meubles en teck provenant essentiellement de Bali.
Grand séjour de 50 m², ouvert sur la terrasse de 60 m² et la piscine.
Pergola avec 4 transats.
Sur la terrasse, face à la piscine, savourez la vue splendide, dès le matin au petit déjeuner, autour d une jolie table marocaine en fer forgé et zellige.
Le soir, barbecue et ti punch face au coucher du soleil.

1ère chambre parentale, climatisée, donnant sur la terrasse, lit 160x200 à baldaquin et moustiquaire, avec sa salle d'eau privative (toilettes et douche à l italienne).
2ème chambre, climatisée, lit 160x200, avec moustiquaire rectangulaire montée sur bambous.
2ème salle d'eau, avec douche à l italienne.
WC séparés.
A l'étage:
3ème chambre également climatisée, lit 160x200, avec moustiquaire rectangulaire.

Jeux de raquettes en bois, frites, brassards enfant, ballons, palmes, masques et tubas, mölki (jeu de quilles en bois finlandais), sièges et tabouret pliants, glacière à roulettes ...
Jardin dans un cocon de verdure avec palmiers, cocotiers, multipliants, bougainvilliers, oiseaux de paradis, avocatier ....
Possibilité de garer jusqu'à 3 voitures. Voiture vivement recommandée.
La piscine est entretenue une fois par semaine par un professionnel.
Elle est équipée d’une alarme de détection de chute.
Le jardin est également entretenu régulièrement.
Le linge de maison est fourni (serviettes de bain et draps en percale blanche pour les lits doubles, et en coton gris perle pour les lits singles).
Prévoir cependant vos serviettes de plage.
Un lit BB avec moustiquaire et un réhausseur de chaise sont également à disposition.
Punch de bienvenue offert.
Villa non fumeur, ne convient pas aux animaux.
