In the south of Martinique, at 3 km from the best beaches on the island, Pretty Villa architect, Creole style. panoramic view of the sea and the hills. 200 m², 3 bedrooms, terrace, private pool. Very quiet, not vis-à-vis. Accommodating up to 8 people with a maximum of 6 adults. Architect villa wood and concrete base, Creole style, magical view of the Mornes and the Bay of Marin, tastefully decorated, with teak furniture mainly from Bali. Large living room of 50m², open on the 60 sqm terrace and pool. Pergola with 4 chairs. On the terrace, facing the pool, enjoy the splendid view, in the morning at breakfast, around a beautiful Moroccan wrought iron table and zellige. The evening barbecue and ti punch facing the sunset. Ground floor: Open kitchen: American fridge-freezer and dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave, wine cellar, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, blender, ... Laundry room with washer machine, iron and ironing board, two flakes. 1st master bedroom, air conditioned, overlooking the terrace, 160x200 bed canopy and mosquito net, with its private bathroom (toilet and shower in Italian). Second room, air conditioned, 160x200, with mosquito net mounted on rectangular bamboo. 2nd bathroom, with shower in Italian. separate toilet. On the floor: 3rd also air-conditioned room, 160x200, with rectangular net. Mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190 for children, not air-conditioned, with fan and desk. Wifi and Weber gas BBQ. Secure swimming pool with fall detection alarm. range of equipment available: wooden rackets games, chips, child armbands, balls, fins, masks and snorkels, plastic molds for sandcastles, Molki (set of Finnish wood bowling), folding chairs and stool, icebox castors ... Garden in a green cocoon with palm trees, coconut trees, Multipliants, bougainvillea, birds of paradise, passion fruit, avocado .... You can park up to 3 cars. Car highly recommended. The pool is maintained once a week by a professional. It is equipped with a fall detection alarm. The garden is maintained regularly. The linen is provided (towels and white percale sheets for double beds, and pearl gray cotton singles beds). however, provide your own beach towels. A baby bed with mosquito net is also available. Punch of welcome offered. non-smoking villa is not suitable for animals. No party, ceremony or party. Stay 7 nights. mandatory cleaning fee of € 150 end of stay (included in the total price).

Once we receive confirmation of Tripadvisor, we will send a document to return listing the names / names / ages of all persons present during the rental. Once received this document, we will send the lease to be returned dated and signed. The villa, terrace and pool are only accessible to people listed on the contract, with a max of 8 people. A deposit of € 1,000 not charged will be requested upon arrival.
