Description
This is 2 bedroom apartment with modern furniture and decor is situated on the popular urbanisation of Playa Paraiso in Tenerife. The nearest public beach is 10 min walking distance. The whole complex is very well maintained and immaculately clean. Access is through a secured gate.
You enter the property into the large lounge combined with a kitchen.
The apartment is well decorated and presented throughout and is light and spacious. There is a flat TV in the lounge and a lovely sunny 16 sq.m. front terrace area with seating and tables to enjoy the sea views . The kitchen which again is modern and should have everything you need during your stay. Also off the lounge is a hallway area that has the 2 Bedrooms and bathroom leading from it. The master bedroom has a large bed , wardrobe and access to terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with built in wardrobe. Towels and bed linens are included, and a hairdryer and iron are available as well.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, WC. The communal pool area is a good size pool with a children's pool attached and sun beds. This is set in a well maintained paved and garden area.

“Nice apartment with luxery kitchen”
The apartment is very nice. Kitchen with dishwasher and wash machine, oven and microwave. Also a large refrigerator and freezer. The only thing missing was air-conditioning, because it was very warm also at night. For Wi-Fi you need to go to the restaurants. We have had a nice holiday in this apartment! Thank you Igor.
